18 October 1928: This affidavit was signed by the man who sold Francis the 612 Garden Street house in Lake City. It seems to have been filed by the Lake City Bank to show that the farm was not Francis Bundy's homestead. The affidavit makes clear that Francis and family were living in Red Wing and planning to move into the house at 612 Garden Street.
